I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was perfect and the hotel facilities were great. The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was close to the metro station and right next to the lively kurfürstendamm. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in this city.

There were some issues with the staff's language proficiency, as some were unable to communicate in English effectively.

The room was clean, cosy, and surprisingly spacious, easily accommodating our family of five. We had our own beds and cribs, with plenty of room to spare. The location of the hotel was also excellent, providing great value for our money.

There were a few drawbacks. the reception staff was not the friendliest and their English skills were lacking.
